Garage Reset ATL is two friends from Atlanta. One of us answers your texts and prices your garage. Both of us show up on the day and do the work, start to finish. No subcontractors, no crew you've never met.

How much does a garage cleanout cost in Brookhaven?
Our flat prices are $299 for a Quick Clear, $699 for a Full Reset and $999 for Reset + Organize. There is no travel fee. For comparison, junk haulers serving Brookhaven publish $585 to $750 for a full truck, which covers the hauling but not the sorting, cleaning or organizing.
Do I need to be home?
Just for the first 10 minutes, so we can walk the garage together and you can mark what stays. After that you can head out. We'll text you when it's done.
How long does it take?
A Quick Clear is up to 2 hours. A Full Reset is about half a day. Reset + Organize takes most of a day. We'll give you a time with your price.
How does the "sell" pile work?
If something is worth money, like a tool chest, a bike or a piece of furniture, we make you a cash offer on the spot. If you say yes, it comes off your bill. If you'd rather keep it or sell it yourself, that's fine too.
What if you find something I wanted to keep?
Anything that looks personal or valuable, like documents, photos, keepsakes or cash, gets set aside and shown to you before anything leaves.
What if I need to cancel or move my date?
Moving to another day is free. Cancel at least 48 hours ahead and we refund your $100 deposit in full. Inside 48 hours the deposit is kept, because we've already reserved the truck and turned away other bookings.
How do I pay?
A $100 deposit by card link holds your date. The balance is due when the job is done, by card or cash.
What do you put in writing?
Before we start you get a one-page job agreement with the price, what's included, what we can't take, and what happens to items you don't keep.
Do you do basements, attics or storage units?
Yes. Same idea, same flat pricing from photos. Text us a few pictures and we'll quote it.
